Barcode and QR scanners

A barcode or QR scanner is the everyday tool for reading our asset tags, whether during a tagging project, an annual verification, or day-to-day use by your stores or IT team. We supply both wired and wireless models, chosen to match how often you scan, how far you need to be from the asset, and whether you need to walk around freely while doing it.

Wired scanners plug directly into a PC or laptop via USB and act like a keyboard, feeding scanned data straight into a spreadsheet or your existing system with no software to install. Wireless scanners give you freedom to move around a warehouse or store, holding scans in memory and syncing once you're back near the base station.

We don't push the most expensive unit by default. If your team scans occasionally and at close range, a basic wired scanner is genuinely enough, and we'll tell you so rather than quote a wireless model you don't need.
