Most asset tagging companies in Kenya will not tell you what a tag costs until you have filled in a form and waited two days. We think that wastes your time, so here is the full price list. Prices are per tag, exclude VAT, and assume cash upfront. Minimum order is 100 pieces across all tag products.

What affects the price

Quantity

Published rates assume volume from the 100-piece minimum upward. Above 10,000 tags we quote individually.

Size

Every size above 39 × 13 mm is priced by tag face area, so a bigger tag costs proportionally more material and print.

Artwork complexity

Standard logo, number and barcode layouts are included. Unusual layouts or multiple variants within one run take longer to set up.

Coding and finishing

Barcode, QR, Data Matrix, sequential numbering and brushed, satin or mirror finishes are specified per order.

Adhesive type

Self-adhesive, acetone-activated and pre-punched riveting each carry a different material and application cost.

Credit terms

Credit pricing differs from the cash-upfront rates shown, because quantity and credit period both affect the final figure.

Questions about asset tag pricing

Because you need a number to build a budget, raise a requisition and compare suppliers, and making you wait two days for an email to get one wastes your time. If procurement needs a formal quotation on letterhead we will send one the same day, but you should not need one just to find out what a tag costs.
