The samples themselves are free. The only cost is delivery, and even that is waived if you collect from our Nairobi office.

Apply the sample to the actual surface you plan to tag, not a clean flat desk, since curvature, oil, texture and temperature all affect real-world adhesion. Leave it in place for at least a few days if the surface is oily, outdoors or subject to vibration, since some adhesive failures only show up after the initial cure.
Scan the sample with the device or app your team will actually use day to day, not just a demonstration scanner, to confirm real-world read rates. If you're comparing materials, request more than one so you can test the same asset type side by side before ordering at volume.
Yes, the samples themselves cost nothing at all. Collection from our Nairobi office is entirely free; delivery within the Nairobi CBD is a flat KSh 300; delivery elsewhere is confirmed before dispatch so there's never a surprise charge on the invoice once the samples reach you.
