Asset tagging for schools, colleges and universities
Classroom furniture, laboratory equipment, hostel beds, library stock and ICT, tagged, counted and reconciled into a register your board and your auditor can both use.
A school's assets do not sit still. Desks migrate between classrooms, a projector goes to the staff room “temporarily” in Term 1 and is still there in Term 3, and laboratory equipment moves with whichever teacher last used it. Add a Board of Management that changes, a bursar who inherits a spreadsheet nobody has reconciled since 2021, and an auditor who wants to see the assets that capitation funds paid for, and you have the problem almost every Kenyan institution calls us about.
Tagging fixes the identification problem. The register fixes the accountability problem. You need both, and they need to be done in the same pass.
