Which locations can Nicetags deliver asset tags to?

We deliver from Nairobi throughout Kenya and support orders in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan. The exact arrangement depends on the order size, destination and whether you need finished tags only or an on-site team. We confirm the practical route and lead time before production begins.

Can you tag assets on site outside Nairobi?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We plan on-site tagging, verification and register projects across Kenya. For work outside Nairobi, transport, accommodation and subsistence are quoted at cost as an exact itemised figure before the work begins. This gives you a usable project budget rather than a vague travel allowance.

How long does delivery take after we approve artwork?

Accepted Answer

Production time depends on quantity: up to 200 tags can be ready the same day, up to 1,000 typically takes two working days, and up to 5,000 takes three to five working days. Delivery time is then confirmed for your destination. These production timings start from artwork approval, not from the order date.

Is collection from your Nairobi office available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once production is complete, you or your courier can collect from Pioneer House, 3rd Floor, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Collection is often the fastest option for urgent small orders because it removes the courier transit leg.

Do you charge one flat delivery fee for every destination?

Accepted Answer

No. A single flat figure would overcharge some orders and understate others. We confirm delivery based on destination, parcel size, urgency and whether the order is tags only or a field project. For on-site work outside Nairobi, travel is itemised at cost before approval.

Question 6

Can one order be split across our branches or sites?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can produce one controlled numbering sequence and split dispatches or fieldwork across your branches, campuses and stores. Give us the site list and approximate quantity per location during scoping so we can sequence production, delivery and data capture correctly.

Question 7

Are regional deliveries a better choice than a local supplier for a very urgent small order?

Accepted Answer

Not always. For a very small, same-day requirement outside Nairobi, a local supplier may be quicker than cross-border dispatch. We will be direct about that. Nicetags is most useful where consistent specifications, controlled numbering, durable materials or a wider tagging project matter across multiple locations.

What information do you need to quote an on-site project?

Accepted Answer

Send the asset count, sites, asset types, existing register condition, preferred completion date and whether you need a basic or comprehensive register. We use that to recommend a scope and provide the service rate, tag cost and any itemised travel separately.
