We manufacture in Nairobi. That's why we can hold same-day turnaround on runs up to 200 tags and two working days up to 1,000, both measured from artwork approval rather than from a shipping schedule. It also means artwork changes, sequential numbering and awkward custom sizes are handled on our own equipment, so we can tell you what is possible in the same conversation instead of relaying questions to a supplier abroad.

Tell us specifically what's wrong, adhesion, print quality, barcode readability, and we'll assess it against the material specification and correct a genuine production fault at our cost. We can't refund or reprint for issues caused by an unsuitable surface or environment that wasn't disclosed to us at quotation stage.
